Personal Word Service Information

What you receive

A personal prophetic word is a prayerfully prepared Christian message for your season. Each word is prepared individually and is usually around 5 to 7 minutes long. It may include Scripture, pictures, encouragement, insight, short teaching and prayer.

A personal word is not Scripture, a guaranteed prediction or a substitute for your own relationship with God, mature Christian counsel, professional advice or careful decision-making.

Preparation and delivery

Once the request and contribution are confirmed, I set aside time to pray and prepare the word. I normally aim to have it ready within seven days. The completed word is usually sent by email as an MP3 recording.

If the word is for someone else, you choose whether the completed recording is sent to you or directly to that person. If it is sent to you, the recipient is not contacted by the request system. If you choose direct delivery, their email is collected only for that purpose and they receive a short confirmation first.

Recommended contribution and payment

The recommended contribution is $50 USD, with $30, $75 and another amount also available. The amount you give does not affect the care or content of your word.

You are not paying for access to God or purchasing revelation. The contribution is the payment associated with the time involved in praying, preparing, recording and providing the personal ministry service described on this page, while also supporting the wider free ministry.

Payment is handled securely through Stripe. Stripe is loaded only when you proceed to the payment step. The amount to be charged is shown clearly before payment is confirmed.

If you change your mind

When you arrange a service online, you normally have 14 days in which to change your mind. The request form asks you to let me begin preparing the prophetic word immediately instead of waiting until those 14 days have passed. The statutory withdrawal right can end once the service has been fully completed.

My refund policy is simpler and more generous: if you cancel before the completed prophetic word is sent, you will receive a full refund.

Your confirmation email contains a secure cancellation link. Using that link places the request on hold for personal review. The refund is processed manually rather than being issued automatically by the link.

Privacy and sensitive information

A prophetic request can reveal religious belief, and an optional message may contain other sensitive information. The form therefore asks for one explicit privacy consent covering that sensitive information. You do not need to tick an additional box just because you type a message.

If the word is for someone else, do not include private or sensitive information about them without their permission. If you ask for direct delivery, the recipient is told who supplied their name and email address and can ask me not to continue using those details.

How to receive a prophetic word

Please test a personal word through Scripture, prayer and wise discernment. It should not become the sole basis for major decisions about relationships, health, money, legal matters or other life-changing choices.
